Good to see you finally got your laptop Dashock. Usually at the point when you first receive the laptop, I would say you were just an unlucky customer, but after 3 reps, that is not good service from Lenovo.
Makes me wonder if they are just concentrating more on their business Thinkpads that they left the worse part for the Ideapads. It is almost what Dell do, call center for their business line of laptops is located in Ontario, same with Lenovo, but for Dell the consumer notebooks call center located in India, by the link you posted, it looks like it is the same for Lenovo too.
Dashock did you get an OS DVD (Win 7 Recovery disk), coz' if you did, would suggest to perform a clean install, most consumer notebooks come with lots of unwanted bloatware..
