I won't deny that Apple is a company with their head in the clouds, but this story looks very sketchy. Think about how many people bash apple on a regular basis and apple doesn't care. I don't see Apple caring about one youtube celebs one video.
If I really tried I'm sure I could find some flash content that doesn't work in IE, but that doesn't mean the MS went outta the way to shaft that website.
