Thanks BALISTX. Nope, no issues at all, except I had to dig out PS2 mouse and keyboard in order to log into windows on 1st pass. Then found USB KB option in BIOS and carried on from there. Installed MB drivers, installed @BIOS, followed onscreen directions, new F8a BIOS loaded in about 30 sec.
Gotta muck around with FSB/multipliers and see what memory speed multipliers are in this. I'd like to keep my memory "around" 800 for the time being, but want to see if I can hit 4 Ghz tonight. With coretemp reporting 34/35 at 3.7ghz (9x411), I think there's lots of room left.
