Just try it? Come on, surely you can rig something up and put wheels on it. Just think of the cooling potential,hehe.
With that kind of power, putting a fistful of cards together would be NP. I think you might have to cushion them from bumps in the road. An inverter, you're all set. Monitor would be tricky though.
