If you are having problems and need help, it is suggested that you post the following information in a new thread, or an existing one:
- Your basic computer specs such as CPU, RAM, and Video Card
- What client you are using (ie. GPU, System Tray, console)
- The project number, points value of the work unit (ie. project 5111, 472 point WU)
- A copy and paste of any error messages (ie. cannot connect to server 123.678.32.1)
