Danger Den has also gone down hill quite a bit.
Ek has a block out for the 470/80 out.

Koolance has really cleaned up their act with the last few generations of full covers. They're making some of the best water cooling stuff out there these days. And not just at the "entry level" tier. They've got great enthusiast grade stuff as well.
