IMO, get any card that uses the reference cooler. Then you get all the voltage tweaking possibilities and compatibility with any aftermarket cooling solutions.

Any non-reference card (currently) scraps voltage control. I guess if you aren't really overclocking it's not a big deal, and I believe TechPowerUp gave the PCS+ a pretty solid review.
