Yeah- sound quality is superb- better than the newest ones. My upgrade wasn't that much of an upgrade actually.
I also have an HK AVR 100 that I might sell for $140 - tthe 100 is also better than their newer low-end receivers for sound quality- When I was looking to upgrade it, I compared the last two generations of low-to med. end HKs (previous to the current gen) to it, and neither came close- I was quite horrified! That's why I have held onto it these years. But's it's been packed up for two or three years now.
