Exactly. If you checked the memory, temps, software, driver, PSU and your connection then you've pretty much ruled in that the board has the problem.

Check the PSU as suggested in my initial post. Finally, remove the board ( since you will have to at this point ) and check it outside your case on an antistatic mat or bag. There are rare occasions that the board is shorting out.

If the board still has the same problem then you're pretty much guaranteed it's the board.
