Just pick the one with the best warranty. If you can get lifetime..great. But get the best you can. The parts in this price range will all be very similar as far as performance goes.
And I stand corrected on the Ecointeligence 9800 gt card. It is the same as a regular 9800 GT...just less power...so it might make a good choice for you, all the specs are the same as a GT 240 and you get more shaders.
