Well, I kinda "hurt myself" dreaming about a GTX480 priced below $500.00...I know WISHFUL THINKING/I'm on Crack or something...But I want to be ready for a 8-pin if need be.

As if there is a 6pin to 8 pin adapter packed with the GTX480, I don't know, I never owned a 9800GX2, GTX295 or one of the ATI dual-gpu cards... I don't know if they
usually pack an adapter in those cards.
I'll probably settle for a GTX 470...the HD5850/5870 gray screen of death makes me shiver, I don't want to go RED...
