Everything is at default in BIOS except Cool N' Quiet

Temps in game (TF2) is 30*. This is with the OCZ Vendetta and room temp is like ~15*.
(i think the temperature sensor is defective, but i'm not sure)
In HWMonitor, my TMPIN2 is like 80* constant
If your confident that your temps are under control and the voltage settings are appropriate then do the remaining diagnostics:

Remove the power-supply and try another if possible. Once you are certain it's not the power-supply then try with headphones. If the headphones transmits the same problem then you know for certain it's the motherboard. Now before ruling a defective motherboard, check that there is no short from the board to the case and there is nothing causing a short. Removing the motherboard and trying it on an antistatic bag would be ideal.

I assume that you have the latest drivers and the OS is in pristine shape of coarse.

Conclusion after wards would be a defective board IMO.
