Look, I don't have CFM and static pressure ratings on all the fans in both cases, but for the moment let's assume that on low the 1200's fans run at the same RPMs and the airflow is proportional to the area of the circular fan. Both cases have one 200mm fan exhausting at the top, and one 120 at the back (1200 has another that will be worked into the equation). Therefore, we're comparing 2 200mm fans to 5 120mm fans. The 200mm fans have ~9000mm^2 of area, while each 120mm has ~3000mm^2 of area. Therefore 1 200mm fan ~ 3 120mm fans. Therefore, the HAF pushes about 1 120mm fan of air more than the 1200. While I don't actually "know" that the HAF pushes the same air, though I'm pretty sure it's comparable, something needs to be considered. The HAF has a very large side fan, which does absolute wonders at cooling GPUs, as compared to the 120mm side fan on the 1200. Granted the front fans probably cool the CPU a bit better, but it's nothing like the Δh you'll see on the GPU.

Regardless, airflow was not my main point. The 6 120mm fans on the 1200 will be MUCH louder than the HAF's fans, even set to low. Not to mention my other main problems with the case including but not limited to: the terrible HDD mounting system that makes swapping and adding drives a pain and faces them front-to-back rather than side-to-side, terrible support for WC down the road (as opposed to the HAF which can fit (theoretically) a 360mm rad, 2 240mm rads, and 2 120mm rads, and that the 1200 has less room from front to back for fitting long graphics cards (unless you're willing to take out a HDD cage and lose the capacity + fan).
