Are you gaming w/ the machine? If yes, I don't suggest the Bravura, as it uses a software based X-Fi chip. Actually I can't suggest the Bravura at all. The fact that all opamps are user replaceable but the DAC's used are still lower quality than both the Prelude & Forte.

It really is a shame you want no external power for the soundcard. That actually is done to clean up the power going to the soundcard. It should elimate noise. Since you don't want this, you are elimination all Xonar cards, and by it likely the best multichannel card out there for music/movies. The Xonar D2X.

And since you need PCIe, you can't use the Prelude which is Auzen's highest quality multichannel card. This leaving your only real choice is the Forte. It is a great card for 2 channel or headphones, but the rest fo the multichannel DAC's are lower quality than the fronts.
