I just got the Forte and I like it very much. It sounds way better than my Creative card that it replaced. I also have it installed on a ASUS P6T. I have it plugged into the bottom most PCIe slot. I also have two video cards (4870X2 + 4870) in my case but I'm not sure how far down that water block outlet on yours is. I would measure your clearance and compare it to the sound card measurements. The Forte is low profile.
