Its sounding like your PSU died. How old is it right now and who is it by, you may have it covered under warranty still and just have to RMA it. You could try manually jumpering it on with just a case fan on to see if it is truely your PSU. If the fan connected to it turns on then you probably have a dead mobo, though if it doesn't turn on then you got yourself a dead psu.
