Not a bad kit, BUT :
personally I dont see the point of cooling the chipset. Adds restriction and the cooling does not provide with a significant impact. Normally, if your case is well ventilated, the northbridge will be alright.
Second, for a 775 cpu you could use the swiftech GTZ,

a good block wich certainly be enough for your targeted OC and you save 40 !.
Noctua fans aren't cheap, You could use cheaper fans like yate Loons and use a fan controller if you want to undervolt them.
