yeah i would have to agree...overclocking the RAM will give you the most benefit performance wise, otherwise when you reach the frequency wall for your RAM at their max rated voltage, you can either overvolt them or you can loosen the timings, otherwise don't bother with the timings...i wouldn't recommend lowering the timing on overclocked RAM...
