Why not just get the Vapor-X HD 5770 and overclock is way past the stock XFX XXX edition specs?

I've gone this route and am hoping to achieve the speeds many 5770 reviews have claimed which will make it that much better of a value over the "overclocked" XFX XXX Edition.
