as for the second question, if you're looking for a video card for the MSI machine (Amd 3000+) any of the newer 260+'s would be overkill imho.
It all depends on your budget, but a GTS-250 is the most i'd put in that machine for running games. Can probably find one used easier when the new gforce lines come out.
