Default i7-920 Build - Suggestions needed!!

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing
- Some gaming (CS, Call of Duty other first person shooter games), photo editing (nothing crazy), surfing and general use

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread
- Would like to keep it around $1500 - $1600 with tax

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
- Canada (Ottawa)

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.
- The only preference I have it to keep the CPU Intel, besides that Iím open

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
- No current parts can be used (6yr old AMD Barton 2800, has served me well!!)
- Donít need monitor

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
- Have done some research on i7-920, i7-860 and i5 builds

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
- I do plan on running default speeds, donít see the need to overclock but that could change if I get bored.

8. WHEN do you plan to build it?
- Would like to get the parts over the next month depending on free time
-------Parts list-------------

OS Windows 7 Home Prem 64 bit
I've read reviews on the ASRock motherboard and they do seem to be very good (Tom's Hardware had one of 3 I read). I'm just not sure if this is a good choice or if I should stick to P6T Deluxe or MSI X58 PRO-E board. Its hard to beat the price of the ASRock for the features you get.

Also not sure of the graphic card, don't want to spend to much but I also don't want to waste money on something that really doesn't do much.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
