If your going out to buy some distilled water, you might as well boil some to flush out the rad. No point in adding more impurities as who knows what Montreal treats their water with.

RoHS......kind of a moot point, it was already discussed that they went with a water based flux long time ago. I'm sure like that stupid "Health Check" label in Canada where food companies pay to have it on their product, I bet the same goes for that RoHS label as well. Nothing is free for certification.
