I'm going to offer a vote against that MSI board (see sig). In a nutshell, I've found that its power delivery system is inadequately cooled, and its heatpipe system is rather ineffective unless you have a fan blowing directly down on it.
Aside from that, does your budget include a power supply? Whatever was powering that P4 rig probably has no business in your new rig.
