In my opinion, that's a terrible idea. First, the GTZ is a great block, especially at it's price. If you're dissatisfied with the performance it's likely due to your radiator or your pump, not the block.

Second, the H50 (also IMO) can barely be considered watercooling; there are air coolers that would perform better than it (D14 for example). It would have absolutely nothing on a decent home-made watercooling system.

What are the rest of the specs in your loop? What radiator and pump are you using? What fans are on the radiator? It's almost certainly a better idea to upgrade one of them than swap the system out for an H50.
