FRom the picture, it seems you have MCR220 or similar. From my personal experience MCR220 can't handle i7 over 3.8ghz. Also, your placement inside of the case is not the best, you need to get rid of the air pretty fast or your chipset and memory will overheat.
The easiest fix is good fans and external mount.
