Well, I am taking a look at that, but then it links to another tutorial. The netbook has two network cards:

Wired: Atheros AR8132 PCIe Fast Ethernet Controller
Wireless: Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN

So, I am not sure if it'll assign the same IP when I have it wired into the modem/router when I am not using wireless.

EDIT: Well, it turns out, the netbook when on wireless does not show up under "Network" on my Vista computer, but only shows up when wired to the router; there's got to be some way to make it show up regardless if it's wired in or not.
