I think it's a good rig (pretty close to mine), but I would suggest going with either the HAF 922 or the CM Storm Scout at DirectCanada *and I would not bother price matching with NCIX on that unless your other stuff is coming from NCIX too. The guys at DirectCanada are good guys and deserve some love*.
Aside from that, unless you can get a Corsair 750w with a mail in rebate for under your current PSU price, I think it looks pretty decent.
