What are temps like-you should use core temp if you can?
Have you disabled the bios features that could cause instability?
Also this may not be a cpu or memory problem now that you are into higher FSB's this maybe a NB voltage issue? If thats the case i'll leave it to the big boys as Im new to the intel/asus combination.
