That would be a recent change, as the original Thermochills were. Kind of necessary, what with them being manufactured in the UK.
But yeah, I'm willing to bet that XSPC is responsible somehow. Whether it's just economies of scale, better distribution efficiency, or a new manufacturing process/location, who knows.
