But that would require RAM as well, did some research if I go with i5 + P55 + DDR3 and keep my 4870 1GB, HX520, my Element G, and CD drives + hard drive (which I would have to format AGAIN, as I just upgraded to 7) it would set me back around - Buy Intel Core i5 750 Quad Core Processor Lynnfield LGA1156 2.66GHZ 8MB Cache Retail Box - BX80605I5750 In Canada. - $234.99 - Buy ASUS P7P55D Pro LGA1156 P55 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 PCI SLI CrossFireX 6SATA GBLAN 1394 Motherboard - P7P55D PRO In Canada. - $188.27 - Buy G.SKILL F3-10666CL9T-6GBNQ 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1333 CL 9-9-9-24 Triple Channel Memory Kit - F3-10666CL9T-6GBNQ In Canada. - $150

Not sure what RAM is good/best, are Dominators still good? Or should I stick with G.Skill?

That would set me back around $537 before TAX, whereas if I were to just get a new CPU (Q8400 for example) it would be around $205. - Buy Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Quad Core Processor LGA775 2.66GHZ 1333FSB 4MB Retail Box - BX80580Q8400 In Canada.

And maybe whatever else it would cost for me to get a new video card sometime in the future (5850 would be around $300 from NCIX).

I am planning on overclocking if I decide to go i5; I already have a Noctua NH-U12P so all I'll have to do is ask Noctua for the LGA1136 mounting kit.

Will a Corsair HX520 be enough for this system? If not I can always grab an HX650 but only if I really have to.
