I know you're busier than a 1 armed paper hanger these days SKYMTL, but did you have a chance to dig any deeper into this?

Seems strange that a manufacturer's binned clock would be that close to the edge without causing issues that require you to downclock the card to avoid artifacting.

Is there any chance that the card has been locked in some way?
