My System Specs


90C is hot. 95C is too hot. 100C will trip the thermal protection. You can't get the CPU up to a temperature that will harm it, so don't worry about that. You should just try and keep it below 90C to avoid having temperature spikes that end up triggering the thermal throttling which will slow down the CPU and reduce performance.
