FYI, i just bought and used the alumina adhesive and the swiftech ram sinks(from ncix). Easy as pie to apply and sticks like duck poop to feathers
Mix half and half, drop a dollop the size of your 'O' key on the ram and squish the sink down on it and wiggle it a bit until a little is squeezing out the sides. No need to clamp, let it set for an hour and it is done.
Forget thermal tape, my ramsinks came with tape and the bloody things were always falling off. In fact I had a ramsink fall off and land on and short out my Audigy 4.
