What jdrom posted only works if the HDD has unpartitioned space. Doing what Arundor said with GParted will work fine. Just shrink the E partition, move it as close to the end of the disk as you can, then extend the C partition to fill the rest of the space. If you have anything in E, it will take a while to complete, but it will get done.
