Because my Rig generates quite a bit of heat...I prefer all of my Fans to run at thier Max rated speed...no worries thier. As for whetehr I use the Mobo Fan Headers or directly to PSU basically boils down to Cable Management...however I can keep it all tidy...Fans that are positioned handy to Headers get plugged into the Mobo...those that are not..go to PSU...
