DX10 runs under 32bit and 64bit Vista, same goes for DX11 in Windows 7.

That's rather hard to come by these days. Pretty much everything recent has x64 drivers. Only really old printers/scanners probably don't, and in which case, you should just grab a new one once the ink runs dry.

And iTunes 9 has proper x64 support now I hear. So really, should be 0 issues with running x64 driver wise.
