I haven't really read the entire article, but they did indeed use questionable tactics which it looks like they have, then they did break the law and deserve whatever they get.
It's not because I'm an AMD fanboy (I've said this many times before) but that I believe in competition and innovation. With Intel fixing the market the way they do, we consumers get less of both.
If VIA ever comes out with a desktop processor that can do more that word-processing/htpc/internet use I'll buy from them as well.
