The Antec Titan has a locking front panel that covers the 5 1/4 bays as well at the power and reset button. It also has two grills in the front that would keep little fingers out of the fans. It is long and roomy so there is lots of space. The side panel does not lock but the captured screws on the back would probably defeat kids. It is also a heavy case so can take some abuse.
If you want to be in and out of it a lot it is probably a bad choice. For a set and forget case I like it a lot.
