Sounds good...max OC is nice although a bit unpredictable due to the nature of OCing.
As a reference I was going to mention that in another website when they test the 8800gt at stock running Unreal Tournament 3 at 1600x1200 4xAA 16xAF the avg was 55fps while an overclocke 8800GT (694/980) scored 62fps. A nice difference if you ask me. :-)
