It looks like it should be decent. Sure, the pump on the waterblock will raise temps ever so slightly, but just the compact size and ease of install would make this a very wise choice for newbies to watercooling, and people with very small cases. Hmm, wonder if you could install this waterblock on a 8800 card..... run 2 kits in a P180, that would be quite the sight.
