 Safe to turn on new rig w/o video card.
So my situation is that I have a new rig recently purchased but I'm still waiting on the new 8800. I want to make sure nothing in my computer arrived DOA. Shouldn't I hear like 2 beeps that indicates my video card is missing but everything else is working if I turn on the power?
