If I were you, I wouldn't trust CPU-Z too much when it comes to voltages.....It is not designed to measure voltages correctly! Try a program such as SiSoft Sandra, Everest, nVidia nTune Monitor or MBM. The best way to do it, is comparing how the voltages are in your BiOS and using one of these programs.....

Try to switch to your TRU 120 Extreme as soon as possible....because when you OC your chip as high as you do...it is important to keep it COOL!!!! Try seeing what the max is that you can reach without raising the core voltage. Go on from there....

As for the PCI-E Frequency....I've run many benchies and I've never seen any real results when increasing those numbers.....so I guess it's up to you!
