Plenty enough for now, all game are always made of 32bit software so they wont use more then 3gig of ram. So get a 64Bit os wich will use the 1 gig remaining and you are in business:) 6 Gig will yes be overkill and on a dual channel computer 6gig? lol dual channel is 4 or 8 gig tripple core I7 ( from intel ) are 6gig memory user.
