I'd suggest swapping to a 7200.12 500GB hard drive for like $5 more. Faster and probably more reliable since the 7200.11s had some firmware issues.
Go with some G.SKILL RAM, probably save around $10.
Get a better PSU for sure. The Corsair VX450 is of far better quality even though it has less watts, I'd say it would be a lot more reliable and it's roughly the same price I believe.
And GPU wise, maybe a HD4850? It's faster and around the same price I believe.
