But i will kick out of the group when we start going if someone turns into a loot whore (clicking everything that drops, selling if they dont need or always trying to get the best stuff rather then sharing)

If there is large interest in multiple servers or exceed 8 people, we can run multiple groups

Also will eventually be figuring the ideal time to play as to attempt to keep us around the same level, but if someone misses something and needs a quest done/completed, we'll go back and do it (hey more lewt)
