This looks like a nice build, I would probably change the CPU cooler for either a
Coolermaster Hyper 212, an
OCZ Vendetta II or a
Xigmatek HDT-S1283.
Besides that, a modular PSU would always be welcome to help for cable management, but your choice is a very good one.
You could always get this
G.Skill RAM instead, but there again your choice is good.
For a monitor, my personnal preference would go to one with a 1920 x 1200 resolution.
Also, you may be interested in purchasing some extra fans so that your system runs cooler. If I am not mistaken, you've got room for 3 more 120mm fans.
