I get nervous with my GTX 285s running at 82c folding 24/7. If it reached that once in a while then no problems, as others have pointed out these cards seem designed to handle 100c.

If you are messing with your shaders and clocks try pumping up the fan speeds anyways (Riva tuner could do this). I am currently running my fans at 90%.
