Parallel distribution - every output voltage is identical to the input voltage. Obviously, I have to pay attention to the total current draw, but the PCB itself is fine up to around 3-4 amps, and probably just as high as 5-6 amps total. And I'm getting power right off the PSU, so there's no danger of overloading a motherboard header. The rpm sensing is also useless - I only soldered those on to make the pin headers more solid.
