Unfortunately, there is really no way of knowing.

As for the primary cap, this is something that happens on many power supplies from almost every manufacturer. OEMs usually use whatever internal components are available which are closest to their clients' specifications depending on stock levels. So, in this case Seasonic can change between Hitachi, Nippon Chemicon and Rubycon...and maybe some others as stock of the caps increases and decreases. IMO, there will be next to no difference.
