Found out I could not use the empty space. So as Mr Kang said, we will have to rent or have a small one at someone's place. I prefer to rent actually as that will guarantee our allotted time instead of having a ticked off wife, girlfriend or whatever glaring at you for having people over playing on PC's all day.
Things we will still need...... Long tables and chairs. Now it so happens I have one heavy duty long table that can withstand an incredible amount of weight but weighs a damn tonne itself plus it does not fold. So the legs (two) have to be screwed on and off again. I also have a couple fold up chairs.
I know of one place we could rent but it is $250 for the entire day and night. You can drink there as well, plus it is private so the public is not going to disturb anyone. I know the owner really well and she has already okay'd it. So if we could get 13 people that will only be $20 a piece. So if you can list places you know of for cheaper it would be greatly appreciated.
